Your access code came with the delivery e-mail, on the day of the order. We will send it again.
Get the code by e-mail
Enter the address used for the order. The code goes to that address, and nowhere else.
Nothing arrived?
Check your spam folder, then check the address: it is sometimes a different mailbox from your everyday one. If nothing comes, write to us and we will find the order.
